Open Maps Widget for Google Maps settings to configure the Google Maps API key. The map can't work without it. This is a Google's rule that all sites must follow.

    ...is to teach the Capoeira art to everyone. To teach the rituals and traditions of Capoeira that have been taught by our Masters and Masters of past and present. We believe in creativity and take the time to bring out the best in every individual. Capoeira Irmandade was formed in 2008 by Contra Mestre Risadinha and Contra Mestre Baiano.

    Class re-opens Tuesdays 7:30-9pm at the Roundhill Dance Studio in the main studio.
    The COVID precautions are as follows: If everyone in the class is vaccinated, the teacher and class can decide on whether to wear masks or not. If there is anyone who is not vaccinated, then masks are required.
    Payment: If you still have class cards we will continue to take those. PayPal or Venmo will also be accepted. We do not have Square account but am working on this.
    As we get back to classes please be patient we are adjusting to everything that has gone on.
    As of now no further classes offered.

    Covid 19 Virus Update

    Hello Friends,

    We have collectively come to an agreement, given the state the COVID 19 Virus and all the directives put forth to help prevent the spread of this virus.

    So it is hereby agreed that we are cancelling (All) Capoeira classes for March and possibly April until there is notifications that we are ok to return.

    All kids and all adults are cancelled. Please check this group and website for more information.

    I encourage you all to train on your own and even music as well. I will be home for the next 3 weeks so if you ha e questions please don’t hesitate to ask me.

    Be Safe out there and remember your health is most important.

    Saturday April 13th Class Closed

    Hello All,

     

    On Saturday April 13th we will be having our annual Batizado- Belt Promotion Ceremony from 1pm -6pm

    All regular classes will be cancelled for that day only and will resume Saturday April 20th at the regular schedule.

    Stop by the event if you are interested in seeing Capoeira.

    Holiday Schedule

    Hello Irmandade Family,

    The Holidays are upon us and here is the schedule for this Thanksgiving Day BREAK.

    Wednesday November 21st is open gym freen training. Work on those movements you wanted to but didn’t have the time.

    Saturday November 24th KIDS and Adults classes cancelled.

    Classes will resume November 26th as usual.
